Shipping policy

Shipping Rates:

Note that some items are shipped from the United States and some from Hong Kong, therefore, shipping rates vary.

Zarė offers the following:

For items shipped from Hong Kong to Hong Kong: HKD$20.

For items shipped from Hong Kong to any other country in Asia: HK$80.

For items shipped from Hong Kong to the rest of the world: HK$120.

For items shipped from USA to USA: HKD$20.

For items shipped from USA to the rest of the world: HKD$180.

Packing:

Standard orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days, assuming order is placed before 2pm GMT +8.

Delivery Times:

We use Local Post for all domestic orders. Once your order dispatches, you will receive an email notification.

For domestic orders in Hong Kong, customers receive their orders 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch.

Other orders take 2 - 4 weeks.

International shipping:

All international orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) via Hong Kong Post Office service. Import Duties & Taxes are Due on delivery, paid to the carrier. We are not responsible for international duty and taxes. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes. We cannot make any exceptions.
